Great spot for brunch. Never seen so many unusual options for their mimosa flight. Love love love it! I selected the classic and the lavender vanilla and asked our server to select the other 2 for us. We got prickly pear and lemon. This place also has a full bar so brunch cocktails in addition to mimosas. I had the stuffed French toast and my partner had the smoked salmon toast with egg. Both were just delicious. There's something for everyone on their menu. We were seated almost immediately on a busy Sunday morning. Our server was kind and attentive. Plenty of places to sit depending on your mood and needs: outdoor, indoor, community tables, and private tables.

Yesterday we had brunch at Toasted Gastro while we killed some time waiting for our triathlete to complete the bike portion of the race. Yes it took time to be seated but to be fair there were lots of people in town for the race. Our server was super pleasant and for how busy it was she was efficient. I had the avocado toast which was very good. My husband had the Denverish scramble and he enjoyed it. He said it could've used a bit more flavor. The little potatoes that came with it were good though. There were other people in our party but I never asked what they thought except one person's Bloody Mary looked amazing but he said it was light on the alcohol. Atmosphere was super nice and portions were huge.

Really really good brunch spot. Food is super flavorful and diverse in texture. Short rib benny was awesome, savory, bread was a tasty sourdough, with the little potato bites. I also tried the stuffed french toast. Very sweet but also very tasty.

Where do I even begin... from the moment you walk in, you notice the beautiful decor and the smiles on the staffs faces. Immediately impressed by the friendly and hardworking service, we couldn't help but get excited about the food. We ordered the steak sandwich and the brisket Benedict with truffle potato balls. We also had bottomless mimosas to wash it all down. Our waitress was on it at all times, making sure our glasses were always full. The food was delicious, the mimosas were flowing, and then they brought dessert.... An overflowing massive sundae! It was daunting but absolute perfection to end our afternoon outing. This is definitely a place to check out if you're in Oceanside, north county area!

The food was plentiful and rich of flavors. There was not enough umbrellas, but they made it right by taking an umbrella from another family and brought it to us, since we made a stink about not having one. The prices are high however, so are a dozen eggs. I had a breakfast burrito which was more south west than I wanted, however the eggs were tasty cooked on low just right and I could taste the protein just feeding my body by going through a biochemical reaction and broken down by my proteases and absorbing the amino acid by-products into my blood stream through the duodenum. Then feeling the special moment of anabolism my little broken down amino acids then are getting utilized for protein synthesis for various enzymatic pathways and cellular repair. Then the beautiful egg protein getting broken down into urea in while passing through my kidneys. After feeling the wonderful protein go through the urea cycle, gluconeogenesis, transamination and deamination. Thus also, producing energy through oxidation, helps a body in motion stay in motion. Welcome to nutritional biochemistry 101 yelp style. Furthermore, the combination of differing tastes from the breakfast burrito will just jingle jangal ur taste buds heading to the stomach. I highly recommend visiting this fine restaurant if you are visiting from Arizona and looking for a brunch spot that stays open till three pm. This allows you to sleep in till 11:30 am then roll out of bed and head to the great coffee shop that is on the same street for which I am going to give a review for very soon, since I visit this little coffee shop every morning. Then make it to brunch to energize your body for another intense evening activity that creates memories and blurred ones as well. Enjoy brunch my friends also one of the waiters remind me of that character from stranger things (Steve Harrington).

Delicious brunch and bottomless mimosas in beautiful Oceanside, what else can you ask for? Short rib benedict: Get Hearty and savory, it's a comforting spin on a brunch favorite. It's kind of heavy though. It comes with truffle potatoes which are so crispy and so fluffy Bottomless mimosas: Get If you have some time to kill and you have the tolerance, this is a good time. Over the span of a couple of hours, our server kept our glasses topped off. Maybe a little it too well.... Food: 7/10 Service: 9/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Value: 7/10

SoCal beachy bohemian vibes. The sound carries throughout, so expect a rather loud dining experience. Plenty of tables inside and an outdoor patio with more seating. Cute little fans are placed in each table, until I realized it's there for swatting flies away. I'm cool with it; there's nothing worse than having to swat away flies with your own hand while trying to eat. THE FOOD. - Eggs in Purgatory | Over easy egg on top of a bread bowl filled with tomato shakshuka sauce. The same sauce surrounds the bread bowl and chunks of feta cheese are sprinkled throughout. It wasn't my fave; it seemed a little too plain for me. - Avocado Toast | I didn't think I was going to like this, but it was actually delicious! Creamy avocados mixed with chimichurri, arugula, and cut almonds. - Smoked Brisket Hash | The brisket and potatoes are both cubed; crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Two over easy eggs on top; break the yolk and use it as a dipping sauce! THE DRUNK DRINKS. - Mimosa (Mango) | Sparkling white wine with a mango puree. It was a bit difficult to detect the mango flavor. - Coffee | Medium roast and tasty. The wait staff comes by to do refills. THE PARKING. Street parking is near and around the restaurant. It's 2 hours free parking from 9AM - 6PM. BUT, read the signs! THE RESERVATION. Reservations are encouraged. However, when we arrived at 9:45AM on a Sunday, we were seated immediately. THE RETURN? If we're in the area for breakfast, this is definitely up for consideration.
